NIS, Inc. has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to your privacy. We do not sell or distribute your private information to outside agencies or marketing organizations. We collect private customer information (like an e-mail address) and financial information (like your credit card number) to establish your account and process your order. Your financial information is not stored on this web site. We have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We encrypt your financial information when processing your order with Authorize Net.

Order/ Shipping Information

We process orders the next business day during regular business hours (M-F, 7:30am – 4:30 pm CST). Most products are stocked and will ship within 24-72 hours after processing your order. However, some products are special order only and/or may require minimum quantities. These may take 3-4 weeks to ship, depending upon the stock of our suppliers. All military or international shipments will require extra shipping costs and will not be calculated in your order. Please contact us regarding any shipping/ordering questions you may have.

Warranty

All products listed on this Web Application have a 30 day limited warranty against defects in workmanship or materials, under normal use, from the original date of purchase. Products must be returned to us, shipping costs pre-paid, along with a proof of purchase to the address listed under the ‘Contact Us’ section. It is required that you please contact our customer service representative to obtain a return authorization number at 563-285-6123. This return authorization number will ensure that your claim is handled in a timely manner.

No warranty or affirmation of fact, express or implied, other than as set forth in the limited warranty statement above is made or authorized by NIS, Inc. NIS, Inc. disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection or misapplication and any description does not express or imply a warranty that the products are merchantable or fit for a particular purpose.

Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. NIS, Inc. liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid.

Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once an order has been submitted, the pricing is locked in and will not change on your order. For customers with established credit, payment terms (as negotiated when account is established) apply from the date of shipment. If credit has not been established, payment is required with the order through American Express, Master Card, or Visa. All payments must be in US dollars.

Sales tax and duties, Import fees. NIS, Inc. is required to charge applicable taxes in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin unless customer provides a valid exemption certificate. Customer assumes responsibility for, and unconditionally guarantees payment or reimbursement for, all applicable taxes, fees, licenses, import duties, and expenses as may be applicable.
